If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame may result in a charge for the full service fee.

2. Client Conduct: At Safe Massage, we maintain a respectful and professional environment at all times. We expect clients to behave in a courteous manner with our staff. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual advances, harassment, or offensive language, will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be provided in such cases, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

3. Liability and Health Considerations: By using our services, you acknowledge that massages involve physical contact and understand that there are inherent risks associated with receiving massage therapy. While we make every effort to ensure your safety and well-being, Safe Massage is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects that may result from treatments. It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to the session. If you have any serious health concerns, please consult your physician before receiving a massage.
